TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION
This invention relates to the use of single crystalline graphene to create multilayer structures of graphene materials with superior shear strength.
ABOUT THE LEAD INVENTORS
Dr. Christos Dimitrakopoulos is a Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering. He had spent 17 years as a research staff member at IBM's T.J. Watson Research Center prior to joining the faculty at UMass Amherst.
