ABOUT THE LEAD INVENTOR
Dr. Lili He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her research group focuses on the development and applications of the most advanced, innovative analytical techniques in solving critical and emerging issues in food science.
